I shot Samuel early on a rainy morning, after hanging out the whole night in a local Polish gay bar, still sleepdrunk and with a hangover kicking in. The schizophrenic expressions and sort of neurotic feeling blend in perfectly with the desolate surroundings of the bedroom. -Yves de Brabander
